I also understand your argument. We used to have information gatekeepers (editors) that reduced the amount of disinformation in the collective mind.

I am not a Free Speech Absolutist, I strongly feel that some types of information\content should be kept out of the public square. Particularly now that we can see the power of social media as a propaganda tool.

At least you are raising the issue and engaging it. I give you a salute for that. I just don't know if fixing this is possible in the current paradigm.
