Wow, FANTASTIC analysis. BRAVO, Sir, bravo.

Isn't AI FUN! to play with? It's still pretty stupid but OMG it's better than ELIZA was.

Back in the 70's I took an African Studies class on a whim and learned about the "mfecane". A period of INTENSE disruption in Africa.

The instructor framed it as follows.

Although we came "out of Africa" in prehistory. Most of the population of Africa around 5,000BCE was in the North around the Mediterranean/Sub-Saharan areas and along the Eastern Coast.

As these populations expanded they "reverse" colonized back into Africa from North to South.

An "expansion" or GROWTH period that went on for thousands of years. As the available land was "filled in".

He likened it to "yeast in a jar" eating up all the sugar as they multiplied. Something that seemed like it would never END.

Because there was ALWAYS new land to EXPAND into.

Until they reached the EDGE and there was NO MORE.

When the resources run out, "cascade failure" BEGINS.

I think we are "on the verge" of cascade failure.

I agree with you. Things are SO TIED TOGETHER .

It's going to be FAST.

Not SLOW.
