Uh no, Clyburn didn't "crown" Biden. Biden got his endorsement because the two men have a relationship going back 30 years. Plus he knew Black voters didn't like Bernie.

Don't blame Bernie's failure on the DNC. He never expanded his base outside of the painfully White progressive section of the Left. He "won" (pluralities, not majorities) in states that are almost completely White where Progressives have an outsize influence on the party primaries.

Democratic POC voters rejected Bernie and the Progressive agenda. That's the story of the 2020 primaries. Until Progressives fix that, they are going nowhere.
