This is one of those "do you want to move forward or do you want to punish people/countries/societies for their past actions.

We can only move forward together, and we have to start moving forward right now.

So, I don't know what to say. I know what "JUSTICE" would look like.

White Empire, as embodied by say the G7, would admit the scope, scale, and danger of the Climate Crisis.

They would accept responsibility for it. Because their actions caused it and they tremendously profited from it.

They would cede leadership to the Global 80% and agree to work as part of the Global Community. Including financial and material assistance.

They would also agree to a "redistribution" of Global resources in a more fair and equitable manner. Particularly in the US, we cannot live like this any longer. Our energy usage is an obscenity given our current situation.

That would be a reasonable start.

White Empire is going to have to be convinced that this is actually the best way forward. They are going to have to be reminded that "half a loaf is better than none" and the virtue of 'living simply so that others may simply live".
