This is a great personal story that touches on a lot of deeper ideas about the nature of reality and living a "good" life. Mitch's story illustrates how if you "live fearlessly" and "show up" for things, things happen.
In effect, "When the Student is ready the Master will appear".
Or as Shakespeare puts it.
"There is a tide in the affairs of men
Which, taken at the flood, leads on to fortune".
It helps that Mitch is MASSIVELY TALENTED but he's too humble to bring that up. ;-)
