Thank you for the kind words. I feel slightly uncomfortable with the praise. It came to me complete. I spent less than 15 minutes tweaking the formatting.

I spent more time finding the picture than the words. I remembered it but couldn't find it. It's part of the poem. Everything is symbolic.

Labels are tough. I am depressed, this is a depression poem. Not a poem about depression, true. But what's the word for art produced by depressed people?

Surely there must be one in German. Weltschmerz is close but not exactly.
