This is an “en passant” Moment for Biden and the Democrats.

An en passant capture in chess. When the white pawn moves from its starting position at square a2 to a4 (first diagram), the black pawn at b4 is able to capture the white pawn en passant — as it passes through a3 (second and third diagrams).

They should “expand” the Supreme Court.

It would be a masterstroke.

Only Trumpublicans trust the Supreme Court

So, I’m still considering the midterms. It’s not nearly as clear as the talking heads on both sides are saying. One thing stands out though, the signal is loud and clear.

Trumpism isn’t dead. But, Trumpism may have outgrown Trump.

It’s not clear how that’s going to play out. The “Party” level players, the “cynical Trumpists” are clearly trying to break his sway with the base. By portraying him as the source of their woes. Labeling him with the dreaded epithet of LOSER.

It’s very interesting how much FOX has leaned into this narrative as well. Although “The Tucker” hasn’t weighed in completely against Trump. He’s waiting to see if the BASE turns on Trump before he piles on. The BULLY is also a COWARD.

Here’s the deal though. This was a high turnout election for a mid-term. A very high level.

Very few people stayed home this election…
