Not an article on Chaos Theory, an actual book review of the 1987 book by James Glieck. Which is difficult to do if you cannot follow the math. I remember reading this book in 87' when it came out.
To me, Chaos Theory always seemed to be a consequence and description of quantum indeterminism. The electron is everywhere and nowhere until you look. Its location a matter of probability.
Chaos Theory implies that quantum effects can scale into our reality. This has actually been observed
The collapse of the cloud of probabilities into a "reality" is basically the moment that "Chaos" comes into play. The most probable outcome is the most likely. But, Chaos determines the exact details.
