I have not attended a Educations Masters Program so I am not versed in the field. Nor do I have children.

My father had me sterilized in the 60’s when I was seven. I was considered “retarded” at the time and no one had any problem with it. Eugenics was still popular and no one wanted me to get some girl in trouble and create “imbecile bastards”.

My experience of America is probably somewhat different than yours.
