I read the paper and a bunch of the articles. It's not a question of "IF" but of "WHEN".

However, I see it as more of a 2030-2040 issue based on the results reported. The Antarctic will melt, but more slowly than the Arctic. The configuration of the planet (distribution of landmasses) means less heat gets to the South Pole than the North Pole.

Short term, worry about Greenland.
