I hear what you are saying Ed. BUT, I just cannot be one of those who go down in the first wave. I don't want want last thought to be, "well, that was stupid".

That being said, if you are at peace with where you are. By all means relax and be Zen about it.

At this point in time, no one will believe you if you warn them. So relax.

Enjoy the last little bit of "what was".

I don't think the people rushing to find "good spots" are necessarily going to do any better. There is just to much chaos in the coming years for anything to be certain.
