I don't see China as a "declining power" but as an ascending one. What Western analysts are seeing, filtered through their views on infinite growth and ignorance of the Climate Crisis, is a China that is "struggling".

What I "see" is a nation "battening it's hatches" and getting ready for the storm to come.
