Great article from an Expert on Wildfires. Do NOT listen to Denier crap about "fires were worse in the 30's BEFORE Global Warming" without reading this.
My query to the author, would be a question about ecosystems. I have characterized the growing Wildfire Crisis as a consequence of "ecosystem turnover". Arguing that the "global" aspect of global warming means that EVERYWHERE is going to experience ecosystem turnover and then fire.
Basically saying, there aren't going to be any "safe spots" to go hide in or retreat to.
Am I being hyperbolic in my analysis, or is my point reasonable in today's rapidly warming world?
FYI - The fires in the 30's, NOT natural variation. They were the result of a geoengineering lapse in 'Cooling' SOx particulates due to the social crisis of the Great Depression.
