Good article, reports on the IPCC AR6 report while focusing on sea level changes. Does a nice job of tying the abstraction of sea level rise to an actual Climate Change Disaster (Fiona) and it's effect on a fishing community. Hopefully making it "real" in readers minds.

You report the conservative estimate of 1.1-2.1 meters of sea level rise by 2100. Plus you mention the paleoclimate records which indicate 25-40 meters of sea level rise at the current levels of C02 in the past.

I thought your close could be stronger if you are really trying to channel people to the Job One site. You could talk it up a little more. This is so "soft sell" that it's easy to miss.

Minor quibbles on a good article.
