As I have tried to communicate the reality of what Climate Science is actually showing, versus our current Paradigm of how we would like the Climate System to work. I have been struck by how HARD it is to get people to even look at evidence that challenges their worldview.

They KNOW what Climate Science "experts", i.e., the Moderates say and that's all they are willing to believe. If you aren't a "trusted source" trying to change their minds is just impossible.

We aren't even capable of having a real discussion of what's happening RIGHT NOW. I just don't seeing this changing until things start to come apart and people are scared enough to actually listen.

Do I think that this will change anything and "turn things around"?

NO.

Because, when the mass of people FINALLY start paying attention, they won't have a fucking clue about who they should listen to and believe. When the OLD PARADIGM is discredited, reality will be "up for grabs" and hundreds of voices will rush to fill the void and create the new Paradigm of belief.

We aren't going to be able to even agree on what's happening to us. Much less come together and FIGHT Climate Change in any meaningful way.

Unless something "outside the box" happens. Collapse has started.
