Almost all of the South and South West will experience heat of over 100F for 6 months of the year. With highs in the Summer reaching 120-130F and staying there for 6-10 days at a time.

Expect that in 24-25-26.

Or things like don't live near water, down river from a dam, or in a narrow valley that might channel water. Move to high ground.
