Again, thank you for you kind words. I have a disclaimer at the start of my climate analysis report; Living in Bomb Time - 16 that makes clear I do not have academic credentials in any field related to climate science.

A positive comment from someone with your background is high praise.

I'm not trying to be a "doomer" but we desperately need realism in the climate discussion. People aren't paying enough attention to this because they are misunderstanding the situation.

In the battle of memes the Republicans won on this. They had top notch PR firms working for them. So their victory isn't surprising.

Reality is usually defined by the side with the heavy artillery.

If we want to be "climate communicators" we have to do better. We have to frame the narrative in terms people can understand "in their gut" and make it real for them.

Until that happens, until we get majorities who are single issue "Climate Crisis" voters, we are voices crying out in the wilderness. Preaching to the converted and talking to ourselves.

We have to do better. We have to break through and get our memes in peoples heads. Here was an effort I wrote last Year.
