I have been a "Climate Evangelist" since the 80's. When "Climate Denial" became part of the Republican cultural identity, Boomers stopped caring about Global Warming.

Look, two out of three White Americans votes Republican. The Boomers are the "Whitest" cohort in the country. They are the foundation of the Republican party and they have spent the last 30 years saying "Global Warming" is a hoax.

Most of them would rather die than admit they were wrong. If they admit they were wrong then they have to accept guilt and responsibility for what's happening.

They would have to face the reality that they burned down their grandchildren's chance for a decent future by choosing to believe lies. They would have to do something to try and fix the damage they did.

I don't think many Trumpublican Boomers are going to join you.
